PDFC is an art of self-expression for members who have passion/interest in dancing and fitness. We believe in improving our members dancing skills plus maintaining their fitness levels. Our moves are choreographed routines in modern and contemporary dances that are purely clean, nice and enjoyable.

Our dance and fitness program is aimed at improving our members Physically, Socially and Mentally. We ensure that our classes are edutaining in order for our members to always enjoy an easy fun way of learning. We divide members to small teams that enable them learn from each other and improve their creativity levels
